Today marks exactly one year from when I opened up this online store and started sharing my art with the world! It has been incredibly gratifying to connect with other people and share what I love.

In one year I've exhibited at five art shows, sold 82 pieces of art, and connected to countless amazing people who have kindly supported my work. I was recently talking to an established local artist about how as an artist, community is everything - nobody is truly self-made. The friends and family that help us hang our shows and believe in us, the business owners that open up their venues to us, the community members who connect us, and the kind souls who show up and buy our art - they are the reason that we can continue to do this work.

So THANK YOU. So so so much. I love getting to do this and although it's seriously a ton of work (I also work a full-time job mostly unrelated to this), it's also so much fun. Thanks for letting me share the happy, weird, and vulnerable parts of myself through the art.
